Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any trekking tour with Himalayan Trekking Adventures.
Booking and Payment
To secure your spot on a trekking tour, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full days prior to the tour's start date.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellations made days or more before the tour's start date will be subject to a % cancellation fee. Cancellations made within days of the tour's start date will result in the forfeiture of the full tour cost.
Tour Modifications
Himalayan Trekking Adventures reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or safety concerns. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide an alternative tour or offer a full refund.
Participant Responsibilities
All participants must be in good physical condition and capable of completing the trekking tour. Participants are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents, insurance, and any required vaccinations or medications.
Liability and Risk
Trekking in the Himalayas involves inherent risks. By booking a tour with Himalayan Trekking Adventures, you acknowledge and accept these risks. We will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation in the tour.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them before booking a tour.
